With the test efforts of our research and development team, we have designed a high-frequency mixed rectangular connector for customers, which has the advantages of small volume, light weight and high contact pair density.
The plug and socket use 12#and 20#pin jacks, the working current of large contact is 20A, and that of small contact is 2 A; the contact resistance of large contact is ≤1.5 mΩ; the contact resistance of small contact is ≤ 14.6 m Ω; the insulation resistance is ≥500MΩ; the height of plug shell is 17.6, and that of socket shell is 9.5; The shell is made of aluminum alloy, which belongs to IP55 level, which can prevent harmful dust and jet water from entering the equipment. It can withstand severe service environments such as strong vibration and impact, especially suitable for the use occasions with special requirements for use space and equipment lightweight; vibration range: 10 ~ 2000Hz 196m/s2; impact range: 490 m/s2 ; mechanical life is about 500 times.
